Abstract

Background: Men who have sex with men (MSM) who engage in injection drug use are at increased risk for HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). We used latent class analysis to identify distinct patterns of substance use and sexual behavior among young MSM and examined their association with HIV and STI.
