Resilient Clinical Trial Infrastructure in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic: Lessons Learned from the TOGETHER Randomized Platform Clinical Trial

Abstract

Productive platform trials evaluating COVID-19 treatments often succeed because of intentional investment in resilient trial infrastructure. We characterise the TOGETHER Trial using a health-system resiliency framework so clinical trialists can build infrastructures that respond rapidly to global health threats.
